In the production, same phylosophy as with the rubberwood panels :

severe quality selection, good selection of oak, fine grain, clear colour and nice structure.

Perfect technical production.
 

Panels are kiln-dried to 10% (+/- 2 %)

Perfect fingerjoint on the sides, on the topface only straight line visible.

waterresistant glue, conform to all norms.

Lamellas are average 45 mm wide, uniform per panel

Both sides are sanded (top and bottom 180 G)

All panels are resawn in length and width = ready to use

each panel individually packed in plastic

  

Same thicknesses and dimensions as rubberwood.

Very interesting prices.

And … all panels are available in inventory .

Deliveries can be combined  with rubberwood panels.

In production of fingerjoint panels, we select the best pieces to make edge glued panels.
These panels are made of oak square edged of  100 mm and wider, 4 sides clear.

 

kiln dry 10 % (+/- 2 %)

wide lamellas, variable width, most 100mm and wider, some 80-100 mm

thickness sanded on both sides (P 180)

100% yield, no waste

panels individually packed in plastic

 

At this moment only available in stock in  lengths of 900 and 1000 mm.
